of chain to the anchor, on the following bearings: UMBU, Boiler
No. 3 in use for auxiliary purposes, standing by to get underway
on 4 hours notice. Condition of Readiness III and Material Condition
Baker, modified, are set. Various units of the U.S. PACIFIC FLEET
